Patrick Williams, who spent the last month recovering from a severely sprained left ankle, suffered a strained left shoulder Wednesday in the Chicago Bulls’ 94-88, season-opening win against the Detroit Pistons. The second-year forward likely will be listed as questionable for the home opener Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
