46th Ward Alderman James Cappleman declines medical treatment after Uptown attack, Chicago police make arrest

Chicago police said the 46th Ward Alderman, who is James Cappleman, was “struck with a blunt object” Saturday night and he declined medical attention after suffering minor injuries.
