Letters: Cyclists in Chicago violate rules of the road and show flagrant disregard for others

In response to Amy Rynell’s Oct. 5 op-ed about bike lanes (“Chicago has a long way to go to become safe for cyclists”), I would add that Chicago has a long way to go to become safe from cyclists.
