‘Bicycle Bandit’ sporting ‘really loud’ plaid shirts robs several banks on South, Southwest Side, the FBI says

The Federal Bureau of Investigation in Chicago is looking for a man they say has robbed or attempted to rob several banks in recent months, often fleeing on a bicycle.
