More than 50 businesses in downtown Naperville are scheduled to open early Oct. 31 to hand tricks and treats from 10 a.m. to noon as part of the Halloween festivities organized by the Downtown Naperville Alliance. Another 10 will be passing out treats from 11 a.m. to noon.
