“If there was a mechanism to remove you as president, I would’ve,” Herak told Sheeman. “I felt that you lied to me, you lied to the council and you lied to the people. You did not keep this council informed of the process, and you sat there and told us that yes, you did, that you apprised us of the negotiations with emails. And then you were sarcastic, saying that we ‘probably didn’t open them.’”
