My name is Leonie Saucier and I am an ovarian cancer survivor. It was a tough time for me when I was diagnosed. My daughter was only 8 months old and I had to go through raising her and having chemo.My mother came to take care of me it was a blessing that I had such a great family support. The struggle was fighting to make sure I stayed alive to see my daughter grow up.I had a minor stroke I lost feelings in my hand. I got down to 67 pounds but God said otherwise. I’m here today to tell my story. It will be 30 years on Nov. 3, 2021 since my surgery.I am glad to be here and to tell my story.
