Three Hazel Crest teens charged with multiple car breakins in Elmhurst

DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert B. Berlin and Elmhurst Chief of Police Michael Ruth announced Thursday that three Hazel Crest juveniles, aged thirteen, fifteen and seventeen, were charged with breaking into several cars in Elmhurst.
