That’s what lawyers for Kyle Rittenhouse, who was 17 when he allegedly turned his assault-style rifle on three individuals, recently tried to persuade a Kenosha County judge. The judge wasn’t buying their motion to dismiss the case because the teen was allowed to carry his weapon under Wisconsin hunting laws.
