In August, onlookers gawked and shot video with their cell phones when white boaters attacked a Black employee on the Montgomery, Alabama, riverfront who asked them to move out of the way of a larger boat.
But Aaren Hamilton Rudolph made an immediate decision to ignore his fellow onlookers, and jump off the riverboat into the water to help the situation. Greg Morrison has more on this young man who spoke to NABJ Black News & Views exclusively:
