Construction snags could push completion of Naperville’s Moser Tower repairs to the end of the year, officials say

Work on the tower that holds the city’s Grand Carillon has been slowed by the need to relocate the temporary cell carrier transmitters outside of the scaffolding. The project was to be done Nov. 5, but now appears to be more likely wrapped up by year’s end.
