Two men use chain, other tools during early morning break in of ATM in Western Springs, police say

Through surveillance video, police confirmed two men wearing face masks got out of a Dodge pickup truck, used chains and other prying tools to open the ATM at Heartland Bank on Wolf Road in Western Springs.
