Sgt. Alex Wolinski is facing dismissal for allegedly violating eight different rules under the Chicago Police Department. He and other officers raided the wrong home on Feb 21, 2019 when they entered the residence of Anjanette Young, a social worker.

She was naked and forced to remain that way in handcuffs for a short period of time. The police department released a 16-month investigation and found over 100 allegations of wrongdoing and misconduct by  multiple officers.

Although Police Superintendent David Brown was not over the department at the time of the raid, he conducted a revamp of search warrant protocols once his tenure began.  He filed discipline charges against Wolinski. Ultimately, there are a total of seven officers recommended for discipline.
