Sports history in Black: Bobby Bonds sets a new baseball record

Before Barry Bonds became a household name in Major League baseball, his father, Bobby Bonds, was quite well known for his skills. One of his most notable accomplishments took place on Sept. 13, 1969, when he was a member of the San Francisco Giants.  Bonds became the fourth 30-home-run, 30-steals player in Major League Baseball history.
