Despite being embroiled in a divorce from reality star and criminal justice advocate Kim Kardashian, rapper/entrepreneur Kanye West seems to be enjoying the good things in life — like his newly purchased $57-million Malibu beach house designed by Tadao Ando.

West bought the 4,000-square-foot concrete structure that overlooks the Pacific Ocean from owner Richard Sachs in an off-market deal, The Real Deal reports. 

The home has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bath and sits directly on the beach. 

West, who is reportedly a fan of Ando’s work, has attempted to delve into architecture himself.
